French writer Michel Houellebecq and American singer Iggy, brought by Dutch director Erik Lieshout in his documentary Stay alive: method (To Stay Alive - A Method). The writer and the rock star together, an incredible cast.
In 1991, Michel Houellebecq wrote an eponymous essay about madness, survival and art. Michel Houellebecq's method and the personal experiences of Iggy Pop are the starting points of this quest that focuses on the role of the poet, artists in difficulty and mental health problems.
