Ana Regina Nogueira (b.1948) and Gil Prates - photography redemption after the dark night of the soul
Ana Regina Nogueira was born in Belo Horizonte. From a very early age he established strong ties with the visual world. At the age of 14, she took an art course with the critic Frederico de Morais and started visiting photo labs and studying the work of great photographers, guided by photographer Gil Prates, her future husband, with whom she moved to Rio de Janeiro in 1969 and then Paris.

Choice, preference, ignorance, evidence, all assumed.
A desire to discover, an encouragement to remember. Sometimes.
